Terms of Service
Last Updated: February 2026
1. Service Description
ClawSecure provides free security scanning and integrity verification for OpenClaw agent skills and workflows. The service includes automated 3-layer security scanning, real-time Watchtower integrity monitoring, and a Security Clearance API.
2. Nature of Scans
Security scans are informational assessments provided for educational and research purposes. Scans are not certifications, guarantees, or warranties of security. A passing score does not guarantee an agent is free from all vulnerabilities. Users should exercise their own judgment when installing any software.
3. No Warranty / Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. ClawSecure is not liable for any damages arising from reliance on scan results, installation of scanned agents, or any security incidents involving scanned or unscanned agents.
4. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for their own security decisions. Scan results are one input among many that users should consider. Users should not rely solely on ClawSecure scans to determine software safety.
5. Intellectual Property
ClawSecure owns all rights to its scanning technology, reports, and platform. Scan results may be shared publicly via report URLs. The "ClawSecure Verified" badge and status are proprietary designations.
6. Data Handling
We collect email addresses (for waitlist and notifications, with user consent), scan results (which are publicly accessible via report URLs), and standard web server logs. We do not sell user data. Scan data for publicly available open-source skills is treated as public information. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
7. Acceptable Use
Do not abuse the scanning service through excessive automated requests, attempting to exploit the API, or submitting malicious content designed to attack our infrastructure. Rate limits are enforced.
8. Modifications
ClawSecure reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America.
